Day 1: Arrive in Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls. Your Embrace tour begins with a full itinerary brief with your Tour Expert Guide. Get to know what your adventure will entail, your options of highlights and must see and do in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe has many amazing highlights to see and do. We recommend you arrive a few days before your tour starts to take advantage of all the excitement and fun Zimbabwe offers.

Day 2: Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls. Exploring the highlights of the township and city. Discovering all corners of one of the Worlds Nature Wonders, Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls is one of the greatest water walls in the world. It is double the size of Niagara Falls.

Day 3: Zimbabwe, Victoria Falls. The day is your choice of Extra Excursions. Helicopter Flights over Victoria Falls, Bungy Jump, white water rafting, experience the Falls sitting in the pools that had eroded into existence over thousands of years.

Angels Pool is situated from the top of the Victoria Falls about 15 meters from the drop of the falls. You will get to experience the views and the thunder roars of the fall. Devil Pool is a natural rock pool on the edge of the fall. You can swim to the edge of the Victoria Falls. You can see the falls from a different angle on a boat cruise.

You can easily cross over to the Zambian side and get another stamp on your passport. 

A must do and experience the unforgettable African cultural dinner at Boma Restaurant. You will have sensory overload on taste, sight, sounds and smells of Africa. You will be served a 4-course meal. After your delicious dinner you will be treated to a traditional African drum show. This evening has become a must do while visiting Victoria Falls.

Day 4: Zimbabwe, Hwange National Park. Your day is action packed with a Safari Drives. The National Parks in Zimbabwe are some of Africa’s best. They are diverse and unique, there is a wide variety of wildlife.

Day 5: Zimbabwe, Matopos National Park. A day filled with exploring with nature walks, campfire, Africa story telling. Learning about the culture and diversity.

Day 6: Zimbabwe, Matopos National Park. Safari game drive. An adventurous day watching, learning and discovering the variety of wildlife. Cecil Rhodes resting place tour, Visit the traditional leader, Chief. Enjoy a Zimbabwean Traditional dinner.

Day 7: Zimbabwe, Masvingo. You will enjoy the activities of hiking and discovering the true wilderness.

Day 8: Zimbabwe, Masvingo. Visit the Great Zimbabwe Ancient Ruins. It is recognised as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Explore a nature walk and learn about the culture of Zimbabwe. You will get the experience of learning traditional musical instruments.

Day 9: South Africa. You will be crossing the border into South Africa. Embrace it!! You will be guided and supported by your Tour Expert Guide as you get to stamp your passport. Your day will be about learning the culture and diversity of South Africa. There is plenty of opportunities to go shopping, get to the ATM.

Your day will end up with the visit to the Tshipise Hot Springs, 58 degrees Celsius, with lots of swimming pools.

Day 10: South Africa, National Kruger Park.  National Kruger Park is a one stop for all your wildlife and nature must see and do in South Africa. Keep your eyes peeled for the big 5. You will be amazed by the incredible wildlife of Africa during your Safari game drive. Enjoy your lunch within the park. You will experience a unique accommodation just outside of the park.

Day 11: South Africa, Hazyview.  A fun, action packed day of safari drives throughout National Kruger Park. You will be exciting to capture more of Kruger Park. The endless amount of nature, bird species and watching the wildlife in their nature habitat. Don’t forget to have your camera and phones ready. You never know what you will capture the wildlife doing. The souvenir shopping is exciting and a great opportunity to grab some gifts for your loved ones back home. Your evening will be a fun chance to see a cultural dance by the locals.

Day 12: South Africa, Johannesburg. You will get to have lunch at one of the exciting places on your way back to Johannesburg. You will be viewing wildlife while eating your lunch. Another great opportunity for souvenir shopping.

Day 13:  South Africa, Soweto. Soweto is a village that leaves everyone with amazement. South Africa is the one street in the world to have housed 2 Noble Peace Prize Winners, Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu- Vilakazi Street in Soweto. 

You will see and learn about the village and see here Neilson Mandela lived. Your day is filled with culture and history of South Africa. You will have the opportunity to learn about the Apartheid through the Museum and the endless amount of knowledge from your Tour Expert Guide.  Your evening will be shared over stories over your Best of Both Worlds Tour with a farewell dinner.

Day 14: South Africa, Johannesburg. Breakfast and hotel check out. Its not goodbye but a see you soon. We always love to see our clients return for another African adventure.

Can I personalize my own tour?

Yes, you can. Let us know when, where and how long you would like to travel, and we will create your ideal itinerary. Contact our friendly team and we will make it happen. 

Can I book a tour just for my family?

Yes, you can. We welcome family style travel and would be honoured to make your family vacation and memories of Africa come true. 

I have older parents that would like to travel, and a group tour is not for them? What do you offer for them?

We always ask our clients what is important and what are their needs. From this information we create the ideal itinerary for them. We will take care of them. 

Can I book two tours?

Yes once you have the dates confirmed and countries you want to visit, we can add another tour.

Do you have a loyalty program for booking multiple tours?

Yes, we love seeing our clients return to see more of Africa. We offer a 5% discount. 

Can I book a large group of friends for a tour?

Yes, you can. Just let us know when, where, how many in the group. Once this is confirmed, you and your friends are ready to enjoy your African Adventures.

I want to travel around Africa for a month, do you offer tours of 30 days or more?

Yes, we are all about creating the perfect vacation for you. We take pride in having a can-do attitude when it comes to showing our clients the magic of Africa. 

Can I do an all camping tour?

Yes, you can. If camping is what is on your bucket list of adventures. We will make it happen. 

I want to travel to Africa, but I would be on my own. Would I be safe?

Yes, we pick you up at the airport. We will be with you along the way during your African Adventure and til the end and drop you off at the airport. We have clients come back and visit more of Africa on solo tours regularly. We welcome and support people from every walk of life to travel the African Adventures. 

What do I need to arrange once I have booked my tour?

We will contact you. You will receive a travel client pack with all details, travel tips and suggestions on visas, vaccines and what to pack. 

I want to book tour but because I won’t know any other of the travellers, can I make sure I have my own hotel room?

Yes absolutely. If you need your own space, we make it happen. You can double your comfort by having your own hotel/ lodging room. We collect all your wish list, must have’s and must do’s on the Embrace African Tour check list. 

I have found the perfect itinerary for me and my family, but can I stretch it out as a longer trip?

Yes, you can. Contact us, book your tour. We send you a check list; you can list all your requirements and wish list. 

My family and I want to travel around Africa, do you offer luxury travel?

Yes we do. We have a premium luxury travel pack offered on all our tours. Our travel pack includes a luxury vehicle, premium hotel and lodges, exclusive private local tours, plus much more. 

If I need to change my tour after I have book, can I re book for a later date?

Yes. You are eligible to change your tour booking up til 40 days departure. We understand there are unexpected things that can happen, and you need to rebook your trip. We understand therefore we allow you to reschedule your trip up to 40 days before your tour departure date. If you need to reschedule at the last minute. Contact us immediately. All deposits are transferable to any of our tours for future dates.
