Day 1: Arrive in Johannesburg to meet your Tour Expert Guide. Learn all the adventures on your itinerary that you are about to embark on.

Day 2: Kruger National Park. The excitement begins with an adventure to the famous Kruger National Park.

Day 3: Kruger National Park, South Africa (Approximately 350 kilometres long & 60 kilometres wide). Your full day safari adventure begins early. The fresh crisp early mornings give you the best opportunities to capture the wide variety of wildlife. A chance to grab a great coffee before you set off on your 4 x 4 open safari tour. Your local guide will inform and entertain you on all that Kruger National Park has to offer.

You will experience endless amount of wildlife activity. Keep your cameras ready because your never know what you will capture. Kruger Park has approximately 147 mammal species, over 49 fish species, 34 amphibian species, 227 butterfly species and 336 tree species.

Day 4: Matobo National Park, Zimbabwe. Cross the boarder into Zimbabwe. A scenic drive to the Matobo National Park.

Day 5: Matobo National Park. Have an experience of the beauty of the natural elements of nature. You will get the full adventure of the safari and see granite masses.

Day 6: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.  The natural wonders of Zimbabwe, you will see the natural beauty of your drive to the famous Victoria Falls. There is lots to do and see. On Arrival you will be detailed on all the adventures to experience around each corner of Victoria Falls.

Day 7: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Your adventurous day begins with all your bucket list options. Did you choose, Bungee Jumping, White water Rafting, Helicopter Flight over Vic Falls, High Tea at the Famous Victoria Falls Hotel or a walk around the Victoria Fall trails?

Day 8: Chobe National Park, Botswana. Get ready to cross into another country, Botswana. Botswana has nature as its best. You will get to experience it all from the comfort of the sunset cruise where you will be in awe of the beauty of nature. Bring your camera, snacks, drinks and you experience like nothing before.

Day 9: Chobe National Park. Spend your morning out on a safari on an open 4x4 truck. Its another day of the nature beauty within Botswana.

Day 10: Gweta. Botswana. A fun night of camping in Gweta. Camp site set up, swim in the pool, relax under the stars while enjoying your camp food and drinks.

Day 11: Maun, Botswana. A great travel into Maun. A beautiful hotel with an amazing pool. Spend the afternoon shopping at the local markets, swimming in the pool, enjoying the afternoon in pool bar with some refreshments. An absolute must do is the flight over the Delta. This is a once in a lifetime adventure that you will be sharing with your family and friends back home. You will be amazed and in awe of what we describe as Heavens Window.

Day 12: Okavango Delta, Botswana. An early start but a full adventure. Don’t forget to grab your over night bag for your camping experience in the Delta. A shower and a fresh set of clothes you will be grateful. This is a camping experience you will love to share your stories and experience about with your friends and family. You will be travelling into the delta on the canoe (mokoro) guided by a local poler. There will be a chance for you to do a walking tour around the delta by the local poler, while your camp site and camp food you will be ready for you on your return.

Day 13: Maun, Botswana. Enjoy your travel throughout the delta on your mokoro. maybe opt for shower and fresh set of clothes before your head out for the day. You can shop at the local markets, or spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

Day 14: Khama Rhino Sanctuary. A journey into the wild bush of Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Experience a 4 x4 safari adventure. Camp site will be set up and food cooking by the time you arrive back.

Day 15: Johannesburg, South Africa. Head back for a scenery drive back to Johannesburg. You will get a chance to plan any extras you wanted to do in Johannesburg and maybe make plans with your new friends. A farewell dinner will be a great night to share laughs, photos and great memories with your travel friends.

Day 16: Johannesburg, South Africa. After breakfast the tour comes to an end, but the adventure can continue. Its not a goodbye but see you for the next African Adventure.

Can I personalize my own tour?

Yes, you can. Let us know when, where and how long you would like to travel, and we will create your ideal itinerary. Contact our friendly team and we will make it happen. 

Can I book a tour just for my family?

Yes, you can. We welcome family style travel and would be honoured to make your family vacation and memories of Africa come true. 

I have older parents that would like to travel, and a group tour is not for them? What do you offer for them?

We always ask our clients what is important and what are their needs. From this information we create the ideal itinerary for them. We will take care of them. We want your experience with Embrace African Tours to be a stress free experience.

Can I book two tours?

Yes once you have the dates confirmed and countries you want to visit, we can add another tour.

Do you have a loyalty program for booking multiple tours?

Yes, we love seeing our clients return to see more of Africa. We offer a 5% discount. 

Can I book a large group of friends for a tour?

Yes, you can. Just let us know when, where, how many in the group. Once this is confirmed, you and your friends are ready to enjoy your African Adventures.

I want to travel around Africa for a month, do you offer tours of 30 days or more?

Yes, we are all about creating the perfect vacation for you. We take pride in having a can-do attitude when it comes to showing our clients the magic of Africa. 

Can I do an all camping tour?

Yes, you can. If camping is what is on your bucket list of adventures. We will make it happen. 

I want to travel to Africa, but I would be on my own. Would I be safe?

Yes, we pick you up at the airport. We will be with you along the way during your African Adventure and til the end and drop you off at the airport. We have clients come back and visit more of Africa on solo tours regularly. We welcome and support people from every walk of life to travel the African Adventures. 

What do I need to arrange once I have booked my tour?

We will contact you. You will receive a travel client pack with all details, travel tips and suggestions on visas, vaccines and what to pack. 

I want to book tour but because I won’t know any other of the travellers, can I make sure I have my own hotel room?

Yes absolutely. If you need your own space, we make it happen. You can double your comfort by having your own hotel/ lodging room. We collect all your wish list, must have’s and must do’s on the Embrace African Tour check list. 

I have found the perfect itinerary for me and my family, but can I stretch it out as a longer trip?

Yes, you can. Contact us, book your tour. We send you a check list; you can list all your requirements and wish list. 

My family and I want to travel around Africa, do you offer luxury travel?

Yes we do. We have a premium luxury travel pack offered on all our tours. Our travel pack includes a luxury vehicle, premium hotel and lodges, exclusive private local tours, plus much more. 

If I need to change my tour after I have book, can I re book for a later date?

Yes. You are eligible to change your tour booking up til 40 days departure. We understand there are unexpected things that can happen, and you need to rebook your trip. We understand therefore we allow you to reschedule your trip up to 40 days before your tour departure date. If you need to reschedule at the last minute. Contact us immediately. All deposits are transferable to any of our tours for future dates.
